The apartment occupies a significant portion

of the top floor and attic of a villa

elegant early twentieth century building on the edge of the centre

historian of the municipality of Varallo, a town known for

the cultural value of its historical and artistic heritage,

located at the entrance to the Alta Valsesia at the foot of Monte Rosa.

The intervention focuses on the renovation of the internal spaces,

through the use of a contemporary language, in

respect for the existing envelope characterised by stylistic features

Liberty.
